Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. All returns must include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return.
Return shipping:
- If you ordered the wrong item or size, you are responsible for return shipping, and a service charge may apply.
- If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective, Dunamis Instruments pays the return shipping.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or, with your approval, send you a replacement.
Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
Warranty Policy
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Any products that prove defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced at no charge. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Warranty does not apply to normal wear, and tear plus use of the instrument beyond their limitations.
