Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.
Defective items must be returned within 30 days.
Shipping & handling will be charged on all warranty work,returns & exchanges. A service charge may also be applied at this time.
Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven(7) days of invoice date to issue credit(if applicable)
Warranty Policy
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Any products that prove defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced at no charge. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Warranty does not apply to normal wear, and tear plus use of the instrument beyond their limitations.
